I have been feeling like crap for no apparent reason. But there is a reason that I'm suspicious of (and is not apparent!)! Its being, I think my [WARNING: TMI kind of, maybe, I don't think so though, but if you're worried, skip to the next bracketed set of words] period is being regular for once [HERE IT IS IF YOU WANTED IT], but it's only an inkling. I've had this inkling before and it often doesn't turn out to be true in spite of warning signs.

I feel like crap, but I don't think it's depression, so I'll be crossing that off the list for now. I'm not completely over it, but I like to think I'm improving. So! Moving on. I've been moving a lot more quickly through my violin lessons now that I actually practice a bit.

Problem is, I'm having a hard time with my fingerings, and my ear is still not 100% coordinated with the actual tone of notes. There are no frets on the violin, so I'll be playing a piece, and I can think, "Huh, that sounds weird!" when I'm playing, but I don't know if I'm sharp-ing it or flat-ing it. Occasionally, I'm actually playing it right when I think that. OTL;

So I kinda depend on lesson time when my teacher decides to play with me and I can correct my tone based on his. :I And then sometimes I hit the peg on the violin and get a string or so out of pitch and I find myself going "WHY DOES IT ALL SOUND WEIRD." I've tried to tune my violin before, but I'm always slightly off one way or the other. Changes in pitch are so subtle, gosh. I feel like I should take aural lessons one day.

I've been wasting my time on RO again. I still don't have a SL but I made a ninja! I really should get my wits about me and ASK FOR A PARTY LIKE NORMAL PLAYERS. Lordy. How I solo'd to level 48 I don't know. 8( Usually I drew or did other things while she sat down and healed up.

In other news, I REALLY LIKE CHILDREN'S BOOKS. Roald Dahl--MY HERO.

And college is still a pain the rump. Good GRIEF.
