Erm. So basically my mom was under the misconception that I WAS DOING IT ALL WRONG and got me freaked out and made me think I WAS DOING IT WRONG and made my whole family think I was DOING IT WRONG when I wasn't. Um.

So I got stressed out enough to get a headache (I-I'm a very frail person) and am once again unable to finish my homework. Uy.

In better news, I found some eps of the amazing Ape Escape American cartoon series (refer to icon that may disappear for a different one since it's really similar to my Gromit one), which is...HILARIOUS, AHAHAHA! Just the crack that was meant to make up this series! It's better than the anime imo because it's so crack-worthy! I just wish Natalie was a bit more ic...I'm guessing Jimmy pretty ooc, too, but. I forgive them! ~~I mean, it's not Spike they're ruining~~They have to appeal to us Americans, so I understand. Specter's not as cool as he is in the anime, but...THAT'S OK WITH ME. 8D I LOVE THAT DERPY APE. \o/ HE MAKES MY DAY. I want the next game already! TDT

Ugh, headaches are really killing me lately. What a pain. I'm back form the trip, buuut, all of plans got thrown out the window. Buh-bye productivity. Sad day. I will get back to messages and such eventually! My room's been abandoned for two weeks, and I've got loads of critters walking all over the place. This means I need to start moving things around and prove to them that a human does reside here.

I've been missing the ape Escape cartoons on Nick lately. DD: And why is Specter being such a pain to kick around in 3? It took me awhile to really warm up to it, but I really do like Ape Escape 3 now! Not in the same way as the first, since that one took itself much more seriously, but this is one awesome cracky game. I'm am fully convinced that Specter's Pipo helmet does have some side effects now. XD;; I mean, WHAT.

Ugh, I hate collegeboard. I officially suck at SAT's, good grief. @_@;; You should retake this, blah blah--uy. And it costs money. Yes, they tick me off. badly.

Anything and everything seems capable of giving me a headache, too. The hot weather on Sunday made me feel like dying. XD;; And, geez, those temperature headaches are THE WORST.

That aside, I'm still in I've-drawn-myself-out-mode, so I've been playing Ape Escape 3! It's a bit underwhelming compared to Ape Escape 1 (Spike, the MC, could fall off the stage starting from stage 3, and, man, did he deal with a lot more dangerous things than these kids), but it's still fun since the third takes itself less seriously than the first. XD It felt a lot more open in the first and not as straightforward when it came to deciding where to go? And, oh, gosh, Spike, always trying to be cool. I do like Specter better in 3 though. He gets a lot more screen time here, but I feel like he gets stupider and stupider each game. The time machine plot was probably the best one he had, but, uh, turn everyone into couch potatoes? make everyone sleepy? Fffff, Specter, does that Pipo helmet have side effects we should know about? XD; I also think the bosses are hilarious, but I keep dying during them. XD;; Spike's bosses....good grief, poor kid! They were somehow easier though. ^^a

I have not felt like internet lately, and I have been ignoring so much because of it. :/ Sorry, folks.

I started replaying Ape Escape. And it's all

lumina_sumnor's fault! XDD Replaying would be the wrong word, actually, since I forced my brother to play it FOR us back then. *swt swt* Needless to say, I'm hooked. My only complaint so far is, dude, the camera controls s-u-ck, but I got used to it. So, anyway, I just finished defeating the boss at Crumbling Castle, and now I'm on the second to last set of stages (there are three stages per set and I have completed five sets, I think; I have six left before I partially complete the game). I have the RC car and the skyflyer now, so I could probably go catch those apes I couldn't before (although I still need the magic punch...). I finally beat Jake in the stadium, but I still can't beat him in the skyflyer race. TDT Oh, well, at least I have Specter Boxing now. Time to wear out our analog sticks!

Ape Escape cartoon trailer?!

SERIOUSLY. I AM EXCITED. I actually LIKED Fairly Odd Parents! I am looking forward to this, you have no idea.

Ape Escape? MY CHILDHOOD.
The stuff that plays at the start menu of the game? This is it! Just bask in its AWESOMENESS. Specter is awesome!

Yeah, yeah, so Specter isn't the pretty li'l evil genius ape on a flying chair that I adored in the original PSX game, and Spike (if it even IS Spike...he looks more like Jimmy) isn't very...spiky, and Natalie (again, assuming that it IS her) seems to have lost her big braids, and I guess Jake (blue haired kid) doesn't exist, neither does cute li'l Casi, but at least the Professor does. Too bad the apes probably won't be armed with big humongo machine guns or laser guns (well, maybe the laser ones) or throwing bombs at you, but they sure look darned amusing! And the "UKI!"'s are pretty darn cute, you gotta admit.

Actually semi-spoilery..? But it was bound to happen at some point. I remember actually being HAPPY when this happened. Total gay moment with a jealous Specter at the end, but you know what? IT WAS AWESOME.

Pokemon and now this (again?)?! My childhood is returning to me...<33 I should get a move on and rewatch Season 01 and 03 of Digimon (I rewatched 02 some time last year)!

I hope they do a good job with Ape Escape! I can't say I'm expecting a walk down memory lane, but I hope I'll be amused by it!

As for the newer games (they actually keep changing actors, but THIS ONE HAHA)...
Specter is.... VOICED BY CRISPIN FREEMAN. And Natalie's Wendee Lee...? Y-yeah, new and better voices (Spike sounds so much kiddier, haha). B-but....PFFFFT.

I keep telling myself, "Right after this boss fight, we're through." But instead I just keep going and going and going. DDD: Stupid Persona 3. x_x;

I laughed when I found out Pharos's original name is Phallus. XDD If Atlus here kept that name, I would've laughed even more than I already do when he pops up. I still love that guy to death though. ^^; I just met Ryoji. XDD;; I don't agree that he's pretty, but he's cool since he's amusing. :D; And I feel like I'm alone when I support Junpei/Chidori. ._.; Or Akihiko/Mitsuru ~~even if I can steal Mitsuru away from him >:3~~. I maxed out my academics and topped an exam, but Mitsuru still won't go out with me for some reason.

I really want to play Ape Escape 3. I only have the first one back on the PS1, which was the most amazing thing ever. *__* Nothing like having apes brainwashing and taking over the world because helmets with flashing lights on top of it and a flying chair to boot. XD And Casi/Chalu is the cutest android ever even if she didn't speak much in the first one. XDD; I missed Ape Escape 2, and it's not on shelves at all here, but the use of Pokemon voice actors kind of kills it. But I want Ape Escape 3 since seeing Specter wearing a bowtie and taking over the TV world is amazing. XDD I'd miss Spike/Kakeru, but these games are just fun and hilarious. x_x; And it was one of my first games, too, so how could I not love it? The professors are stupid since they keep calling them monkeys when they're really apes, but whatever. I'll just laugh at them later. I should play that game again by myself. :3

I still love Odin Sphere, but I haven't gotten around to playing it. I don't like how the translators killed the Norn references, but whatever. I hated Beldor and the uber laggy last battles. But it's amazing otherwise.

Little baby spiders are raining down on me. DX It's really annoying how I don't know where they are.

EDIT: Pfffttt!! Hahaha, just saw my sister watching this and I can't help but laugh at the names! Aww, they didn't keep the "paradigm shift" in that guy's speech. XD But still, the names, the names, I tell you! *snickers* I can't wait for this to get here, and if they do use the "I'm appalled" thing, I will laugh my but off. Trucy? Is that a play on "truth" or "truce"? XDD;;;;; Kristoph Gavin....XDDD
