It is 5:30 PM and my body is still convinced that it is LUNCHTIME. That monthly thing makes me really hungry and makes my tummy die. I'm trying to take notes and brainstorm for this FRQ, but darnit, I can't concentrate. My brain is hungry, but if I start eating my dad'll scold me. If I start drawing in my sketchbook I WON'T STOP UNTIL 3:00 AM, give or take. *continues attempting to take notes* Waaah.

Oh, I also started watching Casshern SINS. I felt like watching something retro-looking. The art style is great, but you can tell some of the animators got really lazy on a lot of scenes. They try to make it up with the interesting coloring and inking, but, uh...dot eyes? Really? But it still looks alright for the most part, so it's ok. It gives me the same feeling as Kino's Travels (Kino no Tabi/Kino's Journey; I just prefer "Travels" to make it parallel to the book Gulliver's Travels and this side comment really doesn't belong) except the amount of emo is OVER 9000 a lot higher. >_>;; This includes emo screaming. But that's ok.

I can still stand Casshern despite his white spandex and crazy hair and insane amount of emo. I tend to like these episodic things--it's fun seeing different characters and their different viewpoints of their current predicament. Unfortunately I laugh everytime I hear Ishida Akira...he's good and all, but...pfft. I do this with Yuri Lowenthal, too, even though I love them both. I digress. There are a lot more recurring characters and a lot more plot than most episodic things I've read/watched. Frankly, I could care less for most of the plot (except the Luna part and kinda the Lyuge part); I'm more interested in the short stories. This show can get ridiculous at times (SPANDEX), but it makes me feel nice and go D'AAW. Nothing uber tragic goes on (not YET anyway), but it's still pretty sad.
