I really like light novel adaptations, and I wish I could read them. ._.; I especially like the episodic ones like Kino no Tabi or Shinigami no Ballad, which are similar to the style of Mushishi or Jigoku Shoujo, which are both manga (I liked Jigoku Shoujo even though it was repetitive; I felt the pain of those characters nonetheless!). So now I'm pretty interested in the soon-coming light novel anime Shigofumi. And also because she has a uniform with buttons on it. ._.;;;

Maybe that's why I was able to handle Higurashi no Naku Koro Ni. There are moments in there that are touching (I think) even if it's one of the bloodiest things I've ever seen. Baccano!'s pretty up there, too, btw. And it kinda does an episodic thing. Kind of.

I actually liked Hanbun no Tsuki ga Noboru Sora (longest title I've ever typed out) as an anime. It could've easily been made a lot better, but it was still fun. And I'm a sucker for shoujo anyway, so there. DD: My sister left me out of the CCS goodness, unfortunately, which has nothing to do with light novels, but I really want to read it now that I can't watch it and Kami-chama Karin with it since I'm pedo and a shoujo sucker, and this is a really long sentence.

So I even made a story similar to that style. It still needs some tweaks, but the majority it was done in about one week. Ideas keep piling on, and the better it its, the more I can stand it, and the more I'll have the courage to put it down on paper. :3

Nico Nico Douga Kumiyoku has been playing a lot on my brother's computer, and singing it is...plenty of fun.

9. Seeing my cacti bloom. :DD

10. SEEING A SLUG FOR THE FIRST TIME TODAY OHSOCUTEEE. 8D He was brown and slow (especially on that twig) and squishy looking. It was just, awwww. ;____; No wonder I want to be a marine biologist >_>;;.

I approve of the novels->anime trend we've had lately; it allows for some more complex material than you might get usually. And some really good series have been based off light novels (Haruhi and Baccano)
