Skip to thirty seconds in to hear him play!

...I love this song. It's really beautiful. Though this take on it is a tad faster than what I'm used to, I find myself...really attracted to this one. There's something about it that mesmerizes me. It feels...full (I say that a lot...I am very good at describing music, clearly). I love it. It's Dvorak's Humoresque, in case you were wondering.

I...want to watch this film. And the films with Jascha Heifetz, too!

I'm excited for choir class. :) I think...I'm going to enjoy that one. I'm going to dedicate my time more to singing than acting this year since acting is really stressful and I know I'm going to break easily this year. Next semester will be filled with a lot of writing though and then there's the whole studying for A.P.exams, so I hope I'll be okay. I'm not all that good at the violin, and, uh, one my classmates kinda indirectly told me that I'm learning really slowly (though her classes are stricter and mine is much more lax, so I'm glad I don't have to deal with much stress, but, you know, i-it's kinda a letdown ^^;), emm, but...I'd be honored if ever my teacher ever asked me to play. I love the instrument even though I have no chance of playing it for a living, I still love it.

...because I love high pitches and melancholic music. Bells, high notes onthe flutes--but really deep tones do it in for me, too, like the contrabass and the cello. I just tend to like higher notes more, probably since they stand out more. I heard my teacher play Schindler's Theme on Saturday. I had just listened to his teacher play it in the concert. They were both beautiful. Sure, my teacher flubbed up a bit, and it was different, but it was beautiful. I wish I could have violin class more often. It really makes me happy listening and watching others play.
