fish are nice.
Sep. 10th, 2010 01:48 pmAll right, so I'm back onto Eclipse to see what other error hells I can make. I really, really suck at this, but OH WELL. ....It's kind of fun. :x First glance it's like, WHOOAAA GIBBERISH, and then and then it's like WHOOAAA STUFF HAPPEEENNS!
Now to make dialog boxes say stuff instead of just the console. :S
Goals for self-taught Java:
-Work some applets for my sis to use for her site (that she keeps working on instead of her homework, ffffffffffff. She used to do DT's, but now she's satisfied with it. orz;)
-Like programming enough to tackle C++ and make a game using C++!
-Like programming enough to try learning Python by myself!
Goals for self-taught Japanese:
-Pass the Japanese placement test into Japanese 3
-Learn to talk...y'know, in Japanese
-Learn to read things I've always wanted to read but couldn't
-Eventually play games that'll never be localized here? :0
Goals for my philosophy class:
-....................
-Pass.
-And. I guess. Improve my writing? :/a I hate prompt-less essays though. UGGHHHH.
I started reading Tales of Alhambra, which my sis bought back in Spain. It's in English--my Spanish and my Spanish classes sucked, so I never wrote essays or read cool short stories or anything like that. :( I was able to mutter a sentence to the occasional waiter and had a short convo with a toy shop employee though! She thought I was buying gifts for some kid. SHE WAS WRONG. 8D;;;; She made a cute "¿No?" in surprise.
Anyway.
The book is lush with imagery. And now I really want to go back to Spain. Dang it, I have no idea how you can drive through those roads and not get distracted by how pretty everything is. ;____; The book is written so romantically--and I usually don't like romantic writing! But, dang, Irving, I may actually look up some of your other works now. This book is like Spain tourism advertising. No wonder they sell the book in gift shops. XD
...
My skin cells are in the Mediterranean Sea, probably now in some microbe's>fish's>bigger fish's feces and ultimately on the sea floor or floating around. SO MY MARK HAS BEEN LEFT THERE. KIND OF.
EDIT:
YEEEEEEEEEEAAAAHHHH.
I am just copying from the text book, tbh, but that's how I'm supposed to learn how things function, so, meh!
