I SWEAR I'LL GET TO REPLYING.
Good news! Choir head came back! I didn't see her on campus today, but it's good to know she's all right. :) We didn't have practice today though, so I wonder how much practice we can actually have before Mass (which is, uh, THIS FRIDAY, and learning all the alto and soprano parts and sounding good takes well over a day to do...not to mention the cantor who has to practice a lot more).

Aaand straight onto my daily complaints! I forgot to bring water today, so my throat was DRYYYYY. It's like permanent sunset around here!--taking the words from my chorus teacher. And it's raining dandruff--the mighty words of a friend of mine. I made a complete idiot out of myself today--specifics not needed. My first calc quiz is tomorrow, and whooo, I'm not sure what to think! I'm glad I was doing pretty decently on my homework (that's not to say I found it easy...unfortunately), but if I recall correctly, this teacher gives pretty difficult quizzes (had her during my freshman year). This class goes much faster than honors geometry, so I'm kinda scared; I have no idea what to expect on her quizzes.

Functions are not my strength AT ALL, and I think I'm going to be dealing with 'em all year, huh. I do like this teacher though she is a bit scary sometimes. She teaches in a way where I can understand what exactly is going on, whereas my last two years were with teachers I could not learn very well from (this is this and that is that--now do it-esque teachers). But...graphs, functions, visual math--I hope I'll be ok. Good teacher or no, I'm a slow learner, and this is a fast paced class. I don't have my sis and brother at home as much to leech help from, so I'm going to be tackling a lot of this on my own, it looks. I hope I do well. I really don't want to freak out from failing our first quiz or something...or any later quizzes for that matter.
