Whee, more original stuff (man will she ever shut up)!

I guess I tend to like those kiddy trickster/Mr. know-it-all type characters...so of
course I have my own! He likes personal space. He eats it for breakfast. But he
doesn't go any further than personal space. But he goes REALLY FAR into your personal space.
I think I've made my point.


But, of course, I like to pick on my characters, especially if I like them. It's fun.
Nothing like beating them to a bloody pulp, amirit? Stop looking at me like that. I admire
you people who can make good looking blood. From our weird what-the-heck-is-going-on
RP based on the 1930's AU.

This is he and his original. Why, yes, in CF, they are clones, pretty much. Old pic;
you might have seen it before. Their uniforms have changed a bit since then.


And then it's a WIP! Originally, Hans was supposed to be creepier, but now he's just being a
little less "friendly". He messes with Vio a lot because she doesn't react much, and so
I felt like drawing it. Done with a mouse, since I think I like trying to give myself carpal
tunnel syndrome or something. Yes, Violette is a girl. I don't think there's much point
hiding that now that her new hair makes her look a lot girlier. I'm going to make this
wallpaper size for the heck of it. I need bg practice anyway. Zarenth will probably make
his way into the pic somehow. in the bg.

Now to tack onto this.
Originally, this story was supposed to be more supernatural. I was obsessed with P3 around the time
development really started going, so I had twenty-two clones, each representing a major
arcana of the tarot card deck. That idea has since been trashed. XD; I still have the same
number of clones, and I AM using the major arcana as a guide to make these characters,
but that's more of an homage to the story's beginnings more than anything (and I'm not creative
enough to make 20+ original personalities just like that--yes, I'm cheating, shush.)

Let's mosey on over toward Hans. He's a creepy, in your bubble, I know a lot of things, kind
of kid. He loves reading fairy tales, but also reads classic pieces of literature as well.
He can be pretty cryptic when you ask him about a touch subject or when he just doesn't
feel like explaining. He's pretty proud, but he can be helpful. He takes a lot of
influences from Pharos from P3 and Nagi from Mai-HiME. A lot of what his personality turned
into matches traits of The Magician arcana, but that was purely chance. Back when Hans was
created, the whole tarot thing didn't exist in the story yet. I think it's kind of cool
that it fit so well! If you want to tick Hans off, be really naive. That'll do it.
Angry Hans is not fun though, guys. Angry Hans will make his way into the story somehow.
If not in CF, then in the 1934 fighting game AU.

He is also kind of a fruitcake. He knows the language of flowers, will refer to you by
several European terms of endearment (all clones, including Zarenth, know a kagillion languages),
he has very loose body language, and he'll touch you. Gender does not matter. But I say
kind of because, canonically speaking, he doesn't swing that way. If you think he does when
you meet him, then go ahead and think of him that way. Every gay person I've met is extremely
nice and made of awesome, and whatever pairings people make with my characters are fine by me.

I guess we can dabble in Zarenth's world, too. He has limb girdle muscular dystrophy
and asthma. His clones have been modified to not have physical disorders, but due
to an incomplete understanding of the brain's development, many are plagued with mental
disorders, some more severe than others. Zarenth can't help but feel jealous of the healthy
kids, but he's no butt about it. He actually feels sorry for them. Not that that keeps him
from being sorry for himself, but he doesn't spend hours moping over it. He's too busy trying
to figure the whole facility and people's motives out. Yep.

While we're at it, why not Violette and her relationship with Hans. I'd put up a colored pic
of her, but I've got nothing decent...maybe another day. Since monitoring is left
to the kinder doctors (in case of emergencies--especially with Zarenth) instead of the
head of the whole clone business and building(it's a mal-equipped place due to plot reasons), Vio is security.
Knight takes the night shift, usually. Hans has taken it upon himself to tutor her. Her inability to react
to certain stimuli irks him, but at the same time, he finds it rather charming. So he bothers
her a lot, but also makes her read a lot of books. And write essays--i.e. Hans is
being her friggin' English teacher. There's actually a lot more to this jazz, but I'm not going
to go there lest I spoil the whole CF plot for you. The motivations and changes in these three
characters pretty much drive the whole story. That also means I'm not going to have a big
humongo audience for this. Sad to think that Violette used to be really minor.
