I think I just failed both the FRQ and the test in APUSH....I...did join this class to gain a greater appreciation for history, but all of this reading and memorization is really killing me. I'm definitely trying, but unfortunately I don't have enough time to read a whole chapter everyday plus the workload of other classes (maybe if just getting home didn't take up like two hours of my working time...). Our period had the hardest FRQ, I think. I...need to get my years down. I got really lost during the FRQ. I know the order of major things, but not the exact years. Now when we get into the more intricate details of the thing with wars and embargoes and stuff, I can't get their order right. I know it's a matter of knowing cause-and-effect, but...aack. I have a busy day tomorrow, so I don't have time to worry about it, but MAN it irks me. I can't afford any bad grades this year.

My math teacher's way of teaching still does not work for me. The book also sucks at explaining. :/
