I really shouldn't since I'm going to be completely screwed the next few weeks with play rehearsals, but I am anyway.

I'm watching CLANNAD just because Sunohara is amazing. *_*;; And he has the same VA as Kaoru from NHK ni Youkoso! It hasn't made me angry yet, unlike Air, and the eyes look better here. And the ED is pure awesome. DDD: I can't not watch it!<33

Baccano! is just plain addicting especially because of Mira and Isaac _{and that little kid is quite funny.} I like all the characters even though some of their personalities would normally annoy me, like that guy that apologizes more than I do, but yeah, it's fun. :DD; And seem to really like that period of time in the Americas. D: It's an interesting point of history, what with the Jazz Age and the span of World War I and World War II from the early to mid 1900s.

I wish they would release more light novels here and keep the original images. D: I know that Kino no longer has colored images and the order was changed. I really wish they kept the pictures. D: I'm not sure about Shinigami no Ballad since I haven't seen it yet or Boogiepop Phantom or Brave Story (the insides anyway--it's larger than a HP book! @_x;). I'm surprised the Haruhi novels haven't been licensed yet especially since Bandai was daring enough to sell drama CDs, but I guess light novels just aren't attractive enough here.

I can't work with this horrid temperature. The fires gave me headaches and play practice felt terrible. I've got tons of stuff to do since my next few weekends and after schools will be consumed by the monster that is play rehearsal and the play itself. Now it's just plain hot. I miss the temporary drizzle from yesterday. ;_____;

On the bright side, my two year old cactus (I named him Frings, shush) is finally blooming red flowers for the first time!...in the middle autumn!...leave confused little Frings alone (I think he's supposed to bloom in summer...). ;__; He's supposed to be one of those ball cacti, but since he has a small pot, he's kind of a cylinder now. ._.

Scanning library books to extract as much info as possible before you turn them in for a six month long project is not fun. D:

Gahhh scanning --;; I spent hours and hours scanning the sheets for my movie until I wanted to cry so I feel your pain.

I'm also watching Clannad :) Episode 4 was hilarious thanks to the Okazaki&Sunohara comedy duo (I can't believe they did that to Ryou). And Baccano! is great though I stopped watching after a few episodes and would now have to watch them again to catch up.

I can't blame Tokyopop for rearranging Kino no Tabi. Writing a paragraph in English without gender-specific words is hard enough, can you imagine a whole book? If they've changed the order in subsequent books, though, that's harder to justify. And the lack of color pages is just money *sighs*

Maybe they think there's not enough of a market for the Haruhi novels? Most of the people who were curious will have read the online translations (actually, I'm surprised nobody's forced Baka-Tsuki to shut down yet).

x_X; Oh, dear, that's a quite a bit of scanning.

Thanks for pointing all of that out! I can forgive them for the changed order and lack of images; I completely forgot about translation difficulties and printing costs. ^^; I should keep in mind how tough it is on the translators' part. If TP decides to continue selling Kino, I'll hope for an artbook.

Haha, those two in CLANNAD are extremely funny. I was laughing pretty hard during that Ryou scene. XDD;;; Sparkles and petals and all. And Sunohara always manages to get hit one way or another. I still manage to laugh at every Objection!! joke I see in anime.

The light novel fanbase is really small in North America, isn't it. I can't read off of Baka-Tsuki for too long since my eyes get tired of staring at a screen for so long, so I was hoping someone would pick them up.
