My friend dragged me to the video game music concert at the Hollywood Bowl, and I dragged pompi. $60 per ticket and $50 for food? Aaaaah....I feel really bad about it. T_T; It was freaking cold there. And YES, Los Angeles can get cold. The music was really pretty though. The ones in the beginning were awesome. After the intermission, things weren't as great.

They played "Katamari on the Swing" during the intermission! KATAMAARIIII~...yes, I actually said that. and silence ensued. I think I was among the very few there who even knew of the game. The majority of them were fanboys...I felt very alone. XD; People stared at me strangely when I started talking about videogames with my friend...ahaha...

The medley of Final Fantasy piano music was well-done. I wish I could play the piano like that. ;_; They merged all the songs pretty well! I was upset that they played the Sephiroth theme...I'd rather hear the battle music, but no. I don't hate the song, but it's so...I don't know, common? The Kingdom Hearts music was upsetting as well. It sounded exactly like the mp3 except really loud. They should've done something else other than Hikari's orchestra version~~

There were tons of uninteresting-looking games, but the music they chose was awesome! Gotta love that choir. They did a great job. As did the instrumentalists(is this a word..?). I never thought I'd ever see one in my life. Fweee~

We watched the Japanese composers on a screen. D: Those pre-recorded thingies... Their Engrish was cute though. XD; All of them said "Sankyuu bery much," or something to that extent.

My first concert outside of AX. If you count AX, this would be my second. D: It feels like a Friday, seriously. I can't believe I still have school tomorrow. I can't believe my parents actually let me. DD: I'm not the beggar type, which I find even more amazing that they let me go.

My friend had tickets to this once O_O and we were gonna try to go... but it didn't work out. u.u

Sore throat >< I hate them! You know, do you like pears? XD I occasionally get this delicious stuff they call "pear nectar" in a bottle from the grocery store. It's pear juice, but not so thin like the kind they keep canned pears in... it's thicker and smooth, but not as much as a smoothie. It tastes so good, and since it's not acidic like a lot of juices, it feels really good on your throat. ^^

Final Fantasy pianos are the best ever~ I've only heard an orchestra play Liberal Fatalli, and that's it TT 3 TT;;

and yah boys tend to look at you all weird especially if you happen to be a girl and you are crazy over video games. ^_^;;; lol~
